JEANNE STONE

Jeanne Stone, RB Yoga founder and owner, has over 1500 hours of formal Yoga training and has studied with master Yoga teachers Ganga White, Tracy Rich, Erich Schiffman, Joel Kramer and John Friend.  Jeanne has a sincere passion for Yoga and being of service that extends far beyond mere physical practice.  She teaches a challenging yet compassionate Yoga practice using precise alignment and inspiring life affirming philosophy that celebrates the light of the heart and community.  Her classes are moment to moment celebrations of spirit dedicated to the highest intention of connection, revelation and transformation.  Jeanne encourages students, one heart at a time, to make every pose, every breath a life affirming offering with the very highest intention.  While she is humbly grateful to the gifts of wisdom, grace, love and technical knowledge she has received from her teachers, her anchor on the path of awakening continues to be the revelatory teachings of the Siddha Yoga tradition.

SARAH GUTZ

Sarah Gutz began a yoga practice some 20 years ago. She was self-taught for the first 10 years, studying from the writings of yoga gurus such as Patanjali, Yogananda, Sivananda and from practioners including Daas, Shiffman, Stryker, Yee, Walden, etc.

In the past 10 years, she studied most extensively with San Diego locals, Karen Rich and Karen Abbott, while continuing self-study. Sarah's main focus is Hatha Yoga to create health and peace on every level - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Her intent when teaching a class is to include breath (pranayama), movement (asana), rest (savasana), and meditation (dhyana).

Recently certified to teach, people say… “Her teaching is very yummy with her great sense of humor, alignment details, and physical touch.” Sarah teaches yoga classes and conducts 3-day Yoga Intensives and 3-hour Yoga Restorations for various studios and corporations.

JILL JANCIC

Being in nature is what first led Jill to be interested in holistic practices such as yoga and bodywork.  For the last five years, Jill has worked in the healing arts as a massage therapist and also obtained a degree in Religious Studies from Humboldt State University. Beginning in 2000, Jill has practiced yoga and has completed a training at the Sundara Yoga College of Life, at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas in 2005. Jills' style of teaching vinyasa yoga is infused with her experiences of Ashtanga and Tibetan Heart Yoga. Her hopes are that through classes linked with breath, heart opening themes and simple universal spiritual ideas, that the practitioner may come into a deeper state of presence, joy, and health.

LINDA STECHER

After being retired from the financial services business for several years, and finding herself with an empty nest, Linda discovered a new passion in yoga.  She started practicing seriously and completed her teacher training course in 2008, where she received her certification in the Vinyasa tradition from Bird Rock Yoga.  Her classes emphasize use of the breath to flow through poses in a moving meditation, while paying attention to proper alignment and compassion for self.  Linda is excited to be sharing her love of yoga with the wonderful yogis at Rancho Bernardo Yoga.

LORI COTA

Yoga has been part of my life for nine years. It was through my own heart awakenings as a result of this practice that sparked my desire to share my passion for Yoga with others - to assist others to open to grace and connect with their compassion.  I completed my training at the Sundara Yoga College of Life in Encinitas where I also received my Reiki One certification.  My knowledge of the practice continues to deepen under the skillful teaching and guidance of Jeanne Stone. Invoking universal life force energy as a Yoga practitioner, teacher and aesthetician in my skin care business in Poway allows me to connect deeply with the inner stillness of my heart and to be of service to others.
