Mat Pilates with Rose returns!
Wednesdays 5 pm Level 2
Thursdays 9 am Level 1
No Need to pre register. Class comes off regular series.
Developed in the 1920s by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates while challenging, creates length, strength, and flexibility. Focusing on core strength, awareness, support of the spine, proper breathing, flexibility and agility improves while helping to prevent injury & alleviate back pain.
Level 1 is recommended for beginners while Level 2 is recommended for those with Pilates experience.
